What began as a two-week trial has since evolved into a consistent and empowering fitness routine that not only builds strength but also fuels her energy and confidence as a new mom. In this Q&A, Marcy shares how InstaPhysique has challenged her, surprised her with newfound resilience, and inspired positive changes that ripple far beyond the studio.
What was your ‘why’ for starting at InstaPhysique, and how has that reason evolved as you’ve progressed on your fitness journey?
My sister gifted me the two week trial at InstaPhysique to try something new, knowing I would enjoy it. And, I absolutely loved it! Now, I come for the challenge! Every class bringand InstaPhysique has continued to improve my fitness significantly, and I really enjoy how I have felt increased stability, and strength overall.
What surprising strengths have you discovered about yourself since joining InstaPhysique?
A Surprising strength I have discovered is staying very consistent during early motherhood.
How has your journey at InstaPhysique inspired positive changes in other areas of your life?
My journey at InstaPhysique has inspired me to wake up earlier and get a hard workout in first thing in the day, which in turn allows me to have more energy throughout the day. It has also inspired me that small adjustments and slowing down can create big change, not only physically, but with parenting, daily habits, etc.
What advice would you give to someone just starting their fitness journey with InstaPhysique?
The advice I would give to anyone just starting out is be patient with yourself and enjoy the process! Enjoy the struggle of learning moves, the slow counts that can feel so hard if you have never done that before, and enjoy feeling so sore as your muscles get stronger. Don’t be afraid to smile or laugh at yourself when you get your butt kicked with a certain move or an entire routine.
