What was your ‘why’ for starting at InstaPhysique, and how has that reason evolved as you’ve progressed on your fitness journey?

It all began with a commitment to my own health after receiving some concerning news from my doctor. I knew I had to make a change, and from that moment on, I haven’t looked back—it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I say that because fitness wasn’t something that came naturally to me. That changed when my best friend introduced me to lagree. She was right—I instantly loved it!

What surprising strengths have you discovered about yourself since joining InstaPhysique?
