What began as a search for a joint-friendly, effective workout has blossomed into a transformative journey of strength, consistency, and newfound confidence.
In this Q&A, they share how InstaPhysique has not only reshaped her body but also inspired positive changes in every aspect of their life.
What was your ‘why’ for starting at InstaPhysique, and how has that reason evolved as you’ve progressed on your fitness journey?
I began my health journey searching for a workout that was challenging yet gentle on my body. After dealing with a range of health issues—from a cellular bacterial infection to mold toxicity—I faced chronic inflammation, arthritis, and weakness in many areas. I joined InstaPhysique hoping for a full-body workout that would be easy on my joints and fit my schedule. Eight months later, the benefits have exceeded my expectations: I’ve gained significant strength and stamina, lost 20 pounds, and my visceral fat dropped from an unhealthy 16 to a healthy 10. Best of all, my chronic back pain has improved significantly!
What surprising strengths have you discovered about yourself since joining InstaPhysique?
One surprising strength I have discovered is my consistency and commitment to the early classes. It has been a long time since I have been committed to a workout with such diligence. I truly have found something I enjoy which makes it much easier to keep going back for more.
How has your journey at InstaPhysique inspired positive changes in other areas of your life?
One of the biggest over all changes in my life is how health begets health. It has been much more motivating to be committed to healthy eating habits in light of my body working hard at InstaPhysique.
What advice would you give to someone just starting their fitness journey with InstaPhysique?
If you are new to InstaPhysique my advice would be listen well to your instructors, the nuance of squaring your hips or tightening your core makes small changes that result in big results. Be patient with yourself. Make a goal and stick to it. Also be willing to laugh at yourself as you navigate the machine.
