Your 8 Week Journey:
After an initial consultation & goal setting session, you’ll be enrolled into an 8 week program. You will be with the same 12 participants, all growing and learning together.
Weeks 1-2: Gentle Beginnings
Ease into your fitness journey with stretch classes focused on mobility, and foundational exercises to understand how variable resistance training works. We’ll focus on proper form and controlled movement to build confidence, while providing hands-on adjustments and explanations throughout each session.
Weeks 3-4: Building Strength
Now that you’re comfortable with the Mega, we’ll continue mobility work while layering in resistance, time under tension, and functional strength work to start building muscle, endurance, and body awareness. You’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your ability to move through life with ease.
Weeks 5-6: Mastering the Mega
This phase is all about control and precision. With increased resistance and strategic muscle engagement, you’ll fine-tune your core strength, improve balance, and challenge your coordination—all in a safe, low-impact way. By the end of Week 6, you’ll feel confident in a class setting, have greater stamina, better posture, and a deeper connection to your movement.
Weeks 7-8: Strength For Life
These final weeks shift the focus to applying your strength beyond the studio. Expect functional, full-body movements in classes that enhance stability, longevity, and resilience. We’ll help you integrate this training into your lifestyle so you can move better, feel better, and thrive for years to come.
